Creative direction and design execution for a 100’ x 100’ flagship trade show booth at ISC West, supporting Motorola Solutions and its portfolio including Avigilon and Pelco.

Introduction

Partnering with a cross-functional team, we developed a cohesive environmental design system that increased booth engagement and drove a 23% year-over-year lift in pipeline generation. The experience combined strategic branding, spatial storytelling, and integrated campaign thinking to guide attendees seamlessly through products and solutions.

Design a unified, high-impact booth experience that clearly represents multiple brands during a transition into a consolidated product suite structure.

This required balancing input from a wide range of stakeholders and executives, each with differing perspectives, while avoiding fragmentation in the visual experience. The booth needed to feel cohesive under a single parent brand, yet still allow each product area to stand on its own and remain easily navigable in a large, high-traffic environment.

Solution

Created a modular “neighborhood” approach to the booth layout, using a consistent visual system anchored in brand color and hierarchy to unify the space while differentiating key product areas. This enabled intuitive wayfinding, clearer storytelling, and a more digestible experience for attendees navigating a large footprint.

We also extended the concept beyond environment design into experiential touchpoints, including branded hydration packet giveaways that reinforced the campaign message “Just add Pelco”—a metaphor for enhancing existing systems. The result was a visually cohesive, strategically aligned booth that improved engagement, simplified product discovery, and directly contributed to measurable pipeline growth.
